We are gearing up for the holidays and you are in full swing! You are so funnny, such a little ball of emotions all the time! A constant source of joy and frustration at the same time. Today, you played with Olivia in the morning and you girls' had a lovely time in your room playing baby. We made a tent out of chairs and sheets, and when we went to get Subway for lunch you marched right in holding Olivia's hand like you owned the place and handled the introductions. " Herloo this is my best frien Oyivya, say herloo Oyivya." So different than even six months ago when you two were ready to rip each other to shreds. You are growing up so fast, before my very eyes changing into a little lady. Yesterday when we had finally gotten our stuff together to get out of the house to get you to school, I told you that Bree Cheese was going to pick you up and you asked me if it was because I had a "cyient"? Yes Baby, as I try not to giggle it's because I have a client. You seem to be going back and forth with whether or not you are going to keep to your current nap schedule or if you are going to throw it away all together. Worrisome because Momma loves to have 2 to 3 hours to herself in the middle of the day. Today, no nap. The second time that I went in to tell you to go to sleep you looked like you just might listen. Silly me, not 2 minutes later when I went out to check the mail I looked up to your window to see you frantically trying to close the blinds before I can see you! I swear I couldn't wipe the smile off my face when I gave in and yelled up the stairs" I saw you, you can get up now". You came to the landing with the sweetest smile on your face, the one you reserve for just such occasions and said"thank you momma". I love you more than you will ever know my little girl and I can only hope that somehow through it all that you will always be my little girl, still wanting me to hold you.
